In order to train its algorithms, Mr. Musk intends to send data gathered in China to another country and activate Full Self Driving (FSD) in that nation. FSD isn't available in China, however it is in other nations like the US. The announcement followed a US research that linked at least 13 collisions, including one fatality, to Tesla's autonomous driving modes. According to state media, Mr. Musk stated that Tesla was eager to work closely with China to "achieve more win-win results" at a meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
